How we started Lendbuzz is WHY we started Lendbuzz. At some point in our lives, many of us here ran into a similar—and seemingly insurmountable—problem: a lack of credit history here in the US prevented us from access to products and services others took for granted. The pain and limitations that came with being denied car loans, credit cards, and other financial products critical to building a successful life here was something we never forgot, and resulted in our founding of Lendbuzz in 2015. 

Our goal was simple: to use emerging and proprietary technologies to broaden access to credit. Today, seven years later, we’ve helped tens of thousands of people become car owners—people whose opportunities would have otherwise been limited by everything from thin credit history to unfair lending practices. In the process, we’ve also helped open up more sales opportunities for our dealership partners, which has led to continued success and opportunity for their businesses and our borrowers alike. That opportunity forms the foundation that we'll continue to build on as we bring personalized finance to more and more people every day.
