Exciting Updates Coming to the Lendbuzz Dealer Portal

As part of our drive to make lending easier for dealers and borrowers alike, Lendbuzz constantly enhances the Dealer Portal to provide greater clarity and control for your staff. Since a few of our most recent upgrades combine to make for an even faster, smoother experience, we’re highlighting them here.
Have you ever been confused about which loan details belong on your dealership’s Bill of Sale/Buyer’s Order, versus Lendbuzz-specific paperwork? Moving forward, the left side of your “Edit Deal” page is now dedicated exclusively to items that should be recorded at the dealership. If a detail appears in this section, it belongs on the Bill of Sale/Buyer’s Order, clearing up any confusion, and ensuring a seamless, more efficient deal process.
The new “Backend Costs Remaining” field updates in real time as you adjust and optimize a deal, so you always know exactly how much backend product can be added to a deal.
To get their best funding options, borrowers must have their bank connected and Photo ID uploaded. With our latest update, you can scan a QR code, snap a picture of your buyer’s ID, and automatically upload it to the Dealer Portal—without having to login on your phone—resulting in a faster track to your best callback.
