Three Easy Steps to your First Lendbuzz Loan

Getting to Know your Dealer Portal

At Lendbuzz, we’ve designed our platform to be easy to learn and quick to use. This guide will walk you through the steps involved in getting your first deal funded.

Submitting your First Loan Application

Submitting a loan application involves entering customer, car, and deal information, which will set the process in motion. Please note: if you are submitting an application via Dealertrack or RouteOne you can skip to Step 2.

Start with the Information Sections. Take care to fill in all of the following:
- Buyer Information
- Income & Employment
- Education
- Vehicle Information
- Deal Information
- Front End Options
- Back End Options

Next, go to the Application Information section and select the “Standard” type

Now, move to the Consent Boxes and check all the proper Credit Inquiry Consent Boxes

Finally, Click Submit Application

Linking Accounts and Uploading Documents

Attention to detail during the process of linking bank accounts and uploading necessary documents is critical for a successful loan application.

The numeral one

The first part is to Link Bank Accounts. The Customer Receives Link From Lendbuzz to Link  their Bank Account via PLAID Services

The numeral two

Next, you will upload documents. These include either a Bill of Sale or Buyers Order, along with a Customer Photo ID
- Income verification takes between 10 and 15 minutes
- Invoice (only for new untitled vehicles)

Once that has happened, you can click “Request Contract”

The numeral four

Notify your Sales Representative to let them know you have submitted your application

The numeral five

The Customer will then receive the contract directly from Lendbuzz

The numeral six

From there, the Customer can sign contract via DocuSign

Funding your First Deal

Once the Customer completes the DocuSign, the funding process begins and the deal can move forward.

You will now need to upload the following Funding Documents:
- Second form of ID
- Proof of Residence (waived if bank is linked)
- Signed Bill of Sale
- Reg/Title Application
- Insurance Binder
- Warranty Contract (if applicable)

Once documents are uploaded, click “Done”

The numeral three

Now it’s time to connect the GPS
- Install GPS in vehicle prior to this step
- Enter GPS #

The numeral four

4. Now you can Click Request Funding
- Our Funding department will receive an email that you have made your request.
- All required information must be uploaded in order to fund your deal quickly.
- Your Deal will be funded the same day if it is submitted by 3pm ET

The numeral five

Once the deal is funded, you will receive an email with all of the funding details

The numeral six

The application will move from the Applications section to Funded Deals in your Dealer Portal, signaling the finalization of your deal.
